About Us

White Glove Environmental (WGE) was established in 2002 to provide services related to the construction, demolition, and maintenance industry. WGE also offers LEED Consulting services around the USGBC, DNR, EPA, OHSA, EMS and "green solutions" practices. WGE is incorporated and operates in the State of Wisconsin and is licensed through the Department of Health & Family Services for Asbestos Supervision and Inspections related to work in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

WGE is a certified firm capable of meeting contract participation requirements. We are prepared to deliver our services to Building and Development companies in the Greater Wisconsin area. We strive to develop mutually beneficial partnerships with our contractors, subcontractors, union workers, and the business community at large.

Mr. Thomas experience in the Environmental Service and Facilities Maintenance Industry began in 1996 when providing abatement Operation and Maintenance services for Milwaukee Public Schools as an employee of a local Abatement company. Through hard work Mr. Thomas advanced his way to becoming an Operations Manager. In this capacity, Mr. Thomas was responsible for developing Environmental Management Services to include Recycling salvage building material, Mold, flood & fire remediation services, asbestos and lead abatement, hazardous materials handling, Air monitoring and inspection services.

In 2002, Mr. Thomas utilized his own means and resources to start his very own Facility Maintenance firm. In the last seven years he has transformed his business into a successful Facility Maintenance and Environmental Service firm. As a part of his expanded strategy and under his leadership, WGE further differentiated itself with a broader service and product offering to included; Green Construction Clean-up, Recycling programs, Sustainable Products, LEED consulting and the company's "Green Initiative", launched in 2003.

Mr. Thomas is actively involved in BOMA, USGBC, NMSDC, MMAC, CLC, WGBA, AACC and the National Brownfield Association, serving as a committee member and/or active at large member. Mr. Thomas views his involvement as a means to positively influence the direction of the environmental and facilities maintenance industry.
